Access to the conference is limited to 120 persons. Reservations must be made by registering to guarantee seating. Registration by mail or online is available from now until May 1st, 2006 at a special reduced rated, and thereafter by mail or fax or in person at the door Friday June 2nd, 2006, at a higher rate.

Both the options below require individuals to print out the registration form, to fill it in fully and to send it in by mail or fax. The difference between the two options is only in method of payment.
